Ingredients
- 8 oz chow mein noodles
- 2 chicken breasts, sliced
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 small onion, sliced
- 1 carrot, julienned
- 1 cup snap peas
- 2 cups shredded cabbage
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1/2 teaspoon sugar
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Green onions, for garnish
Instructions

Cook chow mein noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add minced garlic and sliced onion, sauté until fragrant.

Add sliced chicken breasts and cook until no longer pink.

Add julienned carrot, snap peas, and shredded cabbage. Stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until vegetables are tender-crisp.

In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, sugar, salt, and pepper.
