How To Make Quick Beef Stir Fry
A delicious and easy beef stir fry that can be made in under 30 minutes.
Serves:
Ingredients
- 1 lb beef sirloin, thinly sliced
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp ground ginger
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 bell peppers, sliced
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Cooked rice, for serving
Instructions

In a bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, cornstarch, garlic powder, and ground ginger. Add the beef, toss to coat, and set aside.

In a large skillet over high heat, heat the vegetable oil. Add the onion and stir-fry for 1-2 minutes, until slightly softened. Add the bell peppers and broccoli, and stir-fry for an additional 2-3 minutes.

Add the beef and stir-fry for 3-5 minutes, until cooked through. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Serve hot over cooked rice.
