How To Make Quick & easy tiramisu recipe
A classic Italian dessert made with layers of ladyfingers, rich mascarpone cream, and a sprinkle of cocoa.

Ingredients
- 8 ladyfingers
- 1 cup brewed coffee, cooled
- 1/4 cup coffee liqueur (optional)
- 1 cup mascarpone cheese
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- Unsweetened cocoa powder, for dusting
Instructions

In a shallow dish, combine the cooled coffee and coffee liqueur if using.

Dip each ladyfinger into the coffee mixture, one at a time, and arrange in a single layer in a serving dish or individual glasses.

In a mixing bowl, beat the mascarpone cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.

In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Gently fold the whipped cream into the mascarpone mixture.

Spoon half of the mascarpone mixture over the soaked ladyfingers, spreading it evenly.

Dip the remaining ladyfingers in the coffee mixture and arrange them on top of the mascarpone layer.

Spoon the remaining mascarpone mixture on top and spread it evenly.

Dust the top with cocoa powder.

Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or overnight, to allow the flavors to meld.
