How To Make Overnight Oats

Ingredients
- 2 cups rolled oats
- 2 cups milk (dairy or plant-based)
- 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp salt
- Toppings of your choice (berries, nuts, seeds, etc.)
Instructions

In a large bowl, combine the oats, milk, honey or maple syrup, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and salt. Stir well to combine.

Divide the mixture into four jars or containers with lids.

Place in the refrigerator and let it sit overnight or for at least 8 hours.
