How To Make No-Weigh Cinnamon & Yogurt Pancakes
Fluffy and flavorful pancakes made with a hint of cinnamon and tangy yogurt.
Serves:
Ingredients
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tbsp granulated sugar
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 2 large eggs
- 1/4 cup milk
- 2 tbsp melted butter, plus more for greasing the pan
- Maple syrup and fresh berries, for serving
Instructions

In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the yogurt, eggs, milk, and melted butter.

Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and gently fold until just combined. Do not overmix; lumps are fine.

Heat a non-stick skillet or griddle over medium heat and lightly grease with butter.

Pour 1/4 cup of batter onto the skillet for each pancake. Cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook for another 1-2 minutes, or until golden brown.

Repeat with the remaining batter.

Serve the pancakes warm with maple syrup and fresh berries.
