How To Make No-Knead Bread
A simple and delicious homemade bread recipe that requires no kneading.

Ingredients
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 ½ teaspoons salt
- ½ teaspoon instant yeast
- 1 ½ cups lukewarm water
Instructions

In a large bowl, mix together the flour, salt, and yeast.

Gradually add the water, stirring with a wooden spoon until the dough comes together.

Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and let it sit at room temperature for 12-18 hours.

Preheat the oven to 450°F (230°C). Place a cast iron Dutch oven or heavy-bottomed pot in the oven while it preheats.

Once the oven is preheated, carefully remove the pot from the oven. Be cautious as it will be extremely hot.

Sprinkle some flour on a clean surface and gently transfer the dough onto it. Gently shape the dough into a ball.

Carefully place the dough into the hot pot and cover it with a lid.

Bake for 30 minutes with the lid on, then remove the lid and bake for an additional 15-20 minutes until the bread is golden brown.

Remove the bread from the pot and let it cool on a wire rack before slicing and serving.
