How To Make Mushroom Gnocchi
Delicious homemade mushroom gnocchi made with fresh mushrooms and served with a creamy sauce.
Serves:
Ingredients
- 1 lb. mushrooms, finely chopped
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp. olive oil
- 2 cups potato gnocchi
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Fresh parsley, for garnish
Instructions

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the garlic and sauté until fragrant.

Add the mushrooms and cook until they release their moisture and begin to brown.

In the meantime, cook the gnocchi according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

Add the cooked gnocchi to the skillet with the mushrooms and toss to combine.

Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Cook for 3-4 minutes until slightly thickened.

Stir in the Parmesan cheese and season with salt and pepper.

Serve the mushroom gnocchi hot, garnished with fresh parsley.
