How To Make Monday Night Burgers & Slaw
These flavorful burgers are paired with a tangy slaw for a delicious and satisfying meal.
Serves:
Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 4 hamburger buns
- 4 slices of cheese (optional)
- 2 cups shredded cabbage
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 tbsp dijon mustard
- 1 tsp honey
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Preheat grill or grill pan.

In a bowl, combine ground beef, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder. Mix well, then shape into four patties.

Grill the burgers for about 4-5 minutes per side, or until desired doneness. If using cheese, add a slice to each patty during the last minute of grilling.

Toast the hamburger buns on the grill for about 1-2 minutes, until slightly toasted.

In a separate bowl, combine shredded cabbage, mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, dijon mustard, honey, salt, and pepper. Mix well to coat the cabbage with the dressing.

Assemble the burgers by placing a patty on the bottom half of each bun. Top with a scoop of slaw and cover with the top half of the bun.

Serve the burgers with extra slaw on the side, if desired.
