How To Make Mexican Chicken & Black Bean Wraps
A flavorful and satisfying dish with tender chicken, spiced black beans, and fresh toppings wrapped in a tortilla.

Ingredients
- 1 lb chicken breast, cooked and shredded
- 1 can black beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 large tortillas
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/2 cup diced red onion
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- Lime wedges for serving
Instructions

In a large skillet, heat some oil over medium heat. Add the black beans, cumin, chili powder, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Add the cooked and shredded chicken to the skillet, stirring until well combined and heated through.

Warm the tortillas in a separate skillet or microwave.

Place a generous amount of the chicken and black bean mixture onto each tortilla. Top with shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, diced red onion, chopped cilantro, and a dollop of sour cream.

Fold in the sides of the tortilla, then roll up tightly from the bottom.

Serve the wraps with lime wedges for squeezing over the top.
