Ingredients
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 small onion, sliced
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 green bell pepper, sliced
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 cup cauliflower florets
- 1 cup sliced mushrooms
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp red pepper flakes
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add onion and garlic, and sauté until fragrant and translucent.

Add bell peppers, broccoli, and cauliflower, and sauté for 5-6 minutes, until vegetables are tender.

Stir in mushrooms, soy sauce, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper, and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
