This recipe is a delicious and healthy way to enjoy broccoli.

Ingredients
- 1 head of broccoli, cut into florets
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
Instructions

Bring a pot of water to boil and place a steamer basket on top.

When the water is boiling, add the broccoli florets and steam for about 5-7 minutes or until tender.

Meanwhile, heat the olive oil in a small pan over medium heat.

Add the garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes or until fragrant.

Remove from heat and set aside.

Once the broccoli is done, transfer it to a bowl and toss with the garlic oil.

Sprinkle with salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes (if using).
