How To Make Low Carb Cauliflower Rice Recipe
A healthy and delicious low-carb alternative to regular rice made from cauliflower.

Ingredients
- 1 head of cauliflower
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 3 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
Instructions

Wash the cauliflower and cut it into small florets.

In a food processor, pulse the cauliflower until it reaches the consistency of rice.

Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

Add the garlic and onion and sauté until softened.

Add the cauliflower rice to the skillet and season with salt and pepper.

Cook for about 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the cauliflower is cooked through.

Serve hot and garnish with chopped green onions.
