How To Make Low Carb Cabbage Stir-Fry Recipe
This is a low-carb stir-fry dish made with cabbage and other healthy vegetables.

Ingredients
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 onion, sliced
- 3 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1/2 head of cabbage, sliced
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 yellow bell pepper, sliced
- 1 zucchini, sliced
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp ginger powder
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

Add the onion and garlic and cook until softened, about 2 minutes.

Add the sliced cabbage, peppers, and zucchini to the skillet and stir to combine.

Add the soy sauce and ginger powder and stir again.
