  • 1 lb Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved

  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.

  2. In a large bowl, toss Brussels sprouts with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until coated.

  3. Spread Brussels sprouts on a baking sheet in a single layer.

  4. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until Brussels sprouts are tender and browned.

  5. Remove from oven and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.

  6. Serve hot.
