- 4 large tomatoes, chopped
- 1 small cucumber, chopped
- 1 red bell pepper, chopped
- 1/2 yellow onion, chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tbsp red wine vinegar
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp hot sauce
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves, chopped
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley leaves, chopped
Instructions

Add chopped tomatoes, cucumber, red bell pepper, onion, and garlic to a blender.
