How To Make Low-Carb Mashed Cauliflower Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 large head of cauliflower
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp of butter
- 1/4 cup of heavy cream
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh chives, chopped (optional)
Instructions

Cut the cauliflower into florets and steam until fork-tender, about 10-12 minutes.

In a separate pan, melt the butter over medium heat and sauté the minced garlic until fragrant.

Add the steamed cauliflower to the pan and mash with a potato masher or blend with an immersion blender until smooth.

Stir in the heavy cream and season with salt and pepper to taste.

Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, until heated through.

Serve hot, garnished with fresh chives if desired.
