- 1 head of Romaine lettuce, chopped
- 1 avocado, diced
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup salsa
Instructions

In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add ground beef, chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, and salt. Cook for 5-7 minutes until the beef is browned and cooked through.
