How To Make Low Carb Stuffed Bell Peppers
A healthy and delicious low-carb version of the classic stuffed bell peppers, filled with ground beef and veggies.

Ingredients
- 4 large bell peppers
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup cauliflower rice
- 1/2 cup tomato sauce
- 1 tsp dried basil
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F.

Cut the tops off the peppers and remove the seeds.

In a skillet, cook the ground beef, onion, and garlic over medium heat until beef is browned.

Add the cauliflower rice, tomato sauce, dried basil, and dried oregano. Stir well and season with salt and pepper.

Stuff the peppers with the beef mixture and place them in a baking dish.

Top each pepper with shredded cheese.

Bake in the preheated oven for 30-40 minutes or until the peppers are tender and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
