- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup almond flour
- 1/2 onion, chopped
- 1/2 cup chopped mushrooms
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 cup low carb ketchup
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F.

In a large mixing bowl, mix all the ingredients together until well combined.

Transfer the mixture to a loaf pan and smooth it out.
