  • 1 lb beef sirloin, sliced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 yellow bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tsp ginger, minced
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tsp sesame oil

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over high heat.

  2. Add beef slices and sauté for 2-3 minutes, until browned.

  3. Add bell peppers, onion, garlic, and ginger; sauté for 4-5 minutes, until vegetables are tender.

  4. Stir in soy sauce, rice vinegar, and sesame oil; continue to cook for an additional 1-2 minutes.

  5. Serve hot and enjoy!
