How To Make Low Carb Beef and Cauliflower Rice Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 large head of cauliflower, riced
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tsp chili powder
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions

In a large skillet, heat up olive oil over medium-high heat.

Add onions and garlic, sauté until translucent for about 5-7 minutes.

Add in ground beef and cook until browned.

Add in riced cauliflower, stir in the spices, salt and pepper.

Cover the skillet with a lid and reduce heat to medium-low. Cook for 10-12 minutes, then serve.
