Ingredients
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 lb Italian sausage links
- 1 large green bell pepper, sliced
- 1 large red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 medium onion, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish
Instructions

In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat.

Add sausage links and cook until browned on all sides, about 8 minutes.

Remove sausage from pan and set aside.

In the same pan, add peppers, onions, garlic, salt, and pepper. Cook for about 5-8 minutes until vegetables are tender and lightly caramelized.

Slice sausage and add back into the pan. Stir everything together and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, until sausage is heated through.

Garnish with fresh parsley and serve.
