Ingredients
- 2 lbs pork shoulder
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp onion powder
- 1 tbsp smoked paprika
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1/4 cup water
Instructions

Mix together the garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, cumin, salt, and black pepper in a bowl.
