Ingredients
- 1 cup almond flour
- 1/4 cup coconut flour
- 1/4 cup erythritol
- 1 tsp ginger powder
- 1 tsp cinnamon powder
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg powder
- 1/4 tsp clove powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1 large egg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350°F.

In a mixing bowl, whisk together the almond flour, coconut flour, erythritol, ginger powder, cinnamon powder, nutmeg powder, clove powder, and salt.
