Ingredients
- 1 cup almond flour
- 1/4 cup vanilla protein powder
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup almond milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 tbsp butter, melted
- 1/4 cup sugar-free maple syrup
Instructions

In a large bowl, mix together almond flour, protein powder, baking powder, and salt.

In another bowl, whisk eggs, almond milk, vanilla extract, and melted butter.

Add wet ingredients to dry and mix until smooth.

Heat a nonstick pan over medium heat and pour 1/4 cup batter for each pancake.

Cook for 2-3 minutes until bubbles form then flip and cook for another minute.

Serve with sugar-free maple syrup.
