- 1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 tablespoons cream cheese
- 3/4 cup almond flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning
- 2 eggs
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the shredded mozzarella cheese and cream cheese. Microwave for 1 minute, then stir until well combined and melted.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the almond flour, baking powder, garlic powder, and dried Italian seasoning.

Add the dry ingredients to the melted cheese mixture and stir until a dough forms. If the dough is too sticky, add a little more almond flour.

Add the eggs to the dough and mix until well combined.

Transfer the dough to the prepared baking sheet and shape it into a loaf shape. Use wet hands to prevent the dough from sticking to your hands.

Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the bread is golden brown and firm to the touch.
