How To Make Lemon Herb Shrimp Skewers Recipe
Delicious and refreshing shrimp skewers with a lemon herb marinade.

Ingredients
- 1 lb of large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1/4 cup of olive oil
- 1/4 cup of fresh lemon juice
- 2 tbsp of fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 tbsp of fresh thyme, chopped
- 1 tbsp of fresh rosemary, chopped
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 8 skewers, soaked in water for 30 minutes
Instructions

In a large bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, parsley, thyme, rosemary, garlic, salt, and pepper.

Add the shrimp to the bowl and toss to coat.

Thread the shrimp onto the skewers.

Preheat grill to medium-high heat.

Grill the skewers for 2-3 minutes per side or until shrimp are pink and cooked through.
