Ingredients
- 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1/2 cup kalamata olives, pitted and sliced
- 1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 1 head romaine lettuce, chopped
- 1/4 red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
- 2 tbsp red wine vinegar
- 1 tbsp dried oregano
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions

In a large skillet, cook shrimp over medium-high heat until pink and cooked through, about 4-5 minutes.

In a large bowl, combine cooked shrimp, olives, feta cheese, lettuce, red onion, and cherry tomatoes.

In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, red wine vinegar, oregano, salt, and pepper to make a dressing.
