  • 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup white wine
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat.

  2. Add garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.

  3. Add shrimp and season with salt and pepper. Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until pink and opaque.

  4. Pour in white wine and sprinkle in parmesan cheese. Stir until cheese is melted and sauce is thickened.

  5. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot.
