- 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 3 tbsp butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup white wine
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions

Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat.

Add garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.

Add shrimp and season with salt and pepper. Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until pink and opaque.

Pour in white wine and sprinkle in parmesan cheese. Stir until cheese is melted and sauce is thickened.
