Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
- 3 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley or basil for garnish
Instructions

Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.

In a small saucepan, combine the balsamic vinegar, honey, olive oil, and garlic powder.

Bring the mixture to a boil over medium-high heat and reduce the heat to low. Simmer for 10-15 minutes or until the glaze thickens.

Heat a large oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat. Add a bit of oil to the skillet if needed.

Add the chicken breasts to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until browned.

Brush the chicken breasts with the balsamic glaze and transfer the skillet to the oven.
