How To Make Little Mince Pie Cakes
These little mince pie cakes are a delicious treat perfect for the holiday season.
Serves:
Ingredients
- 1 cup of all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup of unsalted butter, cold and cubed
- 1/4 cup of cold water
- 1/2 cup of mincemeat
- Powdered sugar, for dusting
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

In a mixing bowl, combine the flour and butter. Use your fingers to rub the butter into the flour until it resembles breadcrumbs.

Gradually add the cold water and mix until the dough comes together.

Roll out the dough on a lightly floured surface to about 1/4 inch thickness.

Use a round cookie cutter to cut out circles from the dough.

Place half of the dough circles on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Spoon a teaspoon of mincemeat onto each dough circle.

Top with another dough circle, using a fork to seal the edges.

Repeat with the remaining dough circles and mincemeat.

Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes or until golden brown.

Allow to cool before dusting with powdered sugar.
