Ingredients
- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tsp chili powder
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 8 small corn tortillas
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- 1/4 cup diced red onions
- 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup salsa
Instructions

Preheat grill or skillet over medium heat.

In a small bowl, mix together chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, paprika, and salt.

Rub the chicken breasts with olive oil, then sprinkle the spice mixture evenly on both sides of the chicken.

Place chicken on the grill or skillet and cook for about 6-8 minutes per side, or until cooked through.

Remove chicken from heat and let it rest for a few minutes. Then, slice it into thin strips.

Warm the corn tortillas on the grill or skillet for about 1 minute per side.
