- 4 poussins
- 4 tbsp tamarind paste
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp ginger paste
- 1 tsp garlic paste
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
