  • 4 poussins
  • 4 tbsp tamarind paste
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp ginger paste
  • 1 tsp garlic paste
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).

  2. In a small bowl, mix together tamarind paste, honey, soy sauce, ginger paste, garlic paste, salt, and pepper.

  3. Place the poussins in a roasting pan and brush them generously with the tamarind glaze.

  4. Roast in the preheated oven for 45 minutes or until the poussins are cooked through and golden brown, basting them with the glaze halfway through.

  5. Serve the poussins with the remaining tamarind glaze on the side.
