How To Make Wild Garlic Chicken Kiev

Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 8 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/2 cup fresh wild garlic leaves, chopped
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1/4 cup bread crumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 eggs, beaten
- Vegetable oil, for frying
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

Make a pocket in each chicken breast by cutting a slit horizontally. Set aside.

In a bowl, combine minced garlic, wild garlic leaves, softened butter, bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.

Stuff each chicken breast pocket with the garlic mixture, pressing to seal the opening.

Place flour, beaten eggs, and bread crumbs in separate shallow dishes.

Dip each stuffed chicken breast in flour, then eggs, and coat with bread crumbs.

Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Fry the chicken breasts until golden brown on all sides.

Transfer the fried chicken breasts to a baking dish and bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, until cooked through.
