Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
- 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves, chopped
- 8 ounces fettuccine pasta, cooked according to package instructions
Instructions

Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the chicken and cook until browned on both sides and cooked through. Remove from the skillet and set aside.

In the same skillet, add garlic and cook until fragrant.

Add chicken broth, heavy cream, sun-dried tomatoes, and basil to the skillet. Stir well and bring to a simmer.

Return the chicken breasts to the skillet and cook for an additional 5 minutes, or until the sauce has thickened slightly.

Serve the chicken over cooked fettuccine pasta.

Garnish with extra basil leaves, if desired.
