Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 bell peppers, sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 3 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and oregano.

Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add the chicken breasts to the skillet and cook for 6-8 minutes on each side, or until cooked through.

Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.

In the same skillet, add the sliced bell peppers, onion, and garlic.

Cook for 5-6 minutes, or until the vegetables are softened.

Add the balsamic vinegar to the skillet and stir to combine.
