How To Make Simple Cauliflower Keto Casserole Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 large head of cauliflower, cut into florets
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp dried thyme
- 1/2 tsp dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a casserole dish with non-stick spray.

Steam the cauliflower florets until tender, about 5-7 minutes. Drain well and transfer to the prepared casserole dish.

In a small saucepan, heat the heavy cream, minced garlic, dried thyme, dried oregano, salt, and pepper over medium heat. Cook for 2-3 minutes until heated through.

Pour the cream mixture over the cauliflower in the casserole dish. Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese and grated Parmesan cheese on top.

Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
