How To Make Keto Cheeseburger Casserole

Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/4 tsp onion powder
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 4 oz cream cheese
- 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1/2 cup sugar-free ketchup
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

In a large skillet, cook the ground beef, onion, and garlic over medium heat until the beef is browned and the onion is softened.

Drain the excess grease from the skillet, then stir in the salt, pepper, paprika, onion powder, and garlic powder.

Add the cream cheese, almond milk, and sugar-free ketchup to the skillet. Stir until well combined and heated through.

Transfer the mixture to a 9×9-inch baking dish and spread it evenly.

Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese over the top of the beef mixture.
