How To Make Jumbleberry Jam
A delightful homemade jam made with a mix of various berries, perfect for spreading on toast or adding to desserts.

Ingredients
- 2 cups strawberries, hulled and chopped
- 1 cup raspberries
- 1 cup blueberries
- 1 cup blackberries
- 2 cups granulated sugar
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
Instructions

In a large pot, combine the strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, and blackberries.

Mash the berries slightly with a potato masher to release their juices.

Add the sugar and lemon juice to the pot and stir well.

Heat the mixture over medium-high heat, stirring frequently, until the sugar has dissolved.

Bring the mixture to a boil and let it simmer for about 30-40 minutes, or until it thickens and reaches a jam-like consistency. Stir occasionally.

Remove from heat and let the jam cool for a few minutes.

Transfer the jam to sterilized jars and seal tightly.

Allow the jars to cool completely before storing in the refrigerator.
