How To Make Jammy Biscuits
These sweet and gooey biscuits are perfect for a quick and delicious snack.

Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup jam (any flavor)
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a mixing bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.

Gradually add in the flour, mixing until a dough forms.

Roll out the dough on a floured surface to about 1/4 inch thickness.

Use a cookie cutter to cut out biscuit shapes and place them onto the prepared baking sheet.

Make a small thumbprint in the center of each biscuit and fill it with a teaspoon of jam.

Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the biscuits are golden brown.
