Instructions

  1. Preheat a large skillet or griddle over medium-high heat.

  2. In a large bowl, mix together the grated potatoes, oil, onion, salt, and pepper.

  3. Shape the potato mixture into 4 even patties.

  4. Place the patties onto the hot skillet and cook for approximately 10-12 minutes on each side or until golden brown and crispy.

  5. Serve hot with your favorite toppings.
