Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 4 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 3 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
- Cooking spray
Instructions

In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, and salt.

In a separate bowl, whisk together milk, eggs, vanilla extract, and melted butter.

Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, whisking until smooth.

Heat a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat and coat with cooking spray.

Pour 1/4 cup of batter into the skillet and swirl to evenly coat the bottom of the pan.

Cook for 1-2 minutes or until the edges begin to lift from the pan.

Flip the crepe and cook for an additional 30 seconds to 1 minute.

Repeat with remaining batter.
