- 4 cube steaks
- 1 cup flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/4 cup milk
- Canola oil for frying
Instructions

Pound steaks to 1/4 inch thickness.

In a shallow dish, mix flour, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and cayenne pepper.

In another dish, beat eggs and milk together.

Coat steaks in seasoned flour, dip in egg mixture, then back in flour.

Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Fry steaks for 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown.
