How To Make IHOP Cinn-A-Stack Pancakes Recipe
Deliciously fluffy pancakes with layers of cinnamon sugar filling, topped with cream cheese icing for a sweet treat.

Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 tbsp granulated sugar
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 cups buttermilk
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 2 tbsp milk
Instructions

In a large bowl, whisk together flour, granulated sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.

In another bowl, whisk together buttermilk, eggs, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract.

Pour the wet ingredients into the dry mixture and stir until just combined.

In a small bowl, mix together brown sugar and cinnamon.

Preheat a griddle or non-stick pan over medium heat and grease lightly with cooking spray.

Pour 1/4 cup of batter onto the griddle, then sprinkle some cinnamon sugar mixture on top.

Top with another 1/4 cup of batter and sprinkle more cinnamon sugar mixture on top.

Cook the pancake until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook the other side until golden brown.

Repeat with the remaining batter and cinnamon sugar mixture.

In a small bowl, whisk softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and milk until smooth. Drizzle over the pancakes.
