How To Make IHOP Breakfast Burrito Recipe
Scrambled eggs, sausage, crispy potatoes, and cheddar cheese wrapped in a warm flour tortilla.

Ingredients
- 8 large eggs
- 1 lb ground breakfast sausage
- 2 cups frozen diced potatoes
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 4 large flour tortillas
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional toppings: salsa, sour cream, avocado
Instructions

In a large skillet, brown the breakfast sausage over medium heat until cooked through. Use a slotted spoon to remove the sausage and set aside.

In the same skillet, cook the frozen potatoes until crispy and golden brown. Remove from skillet and set aside with the sausage.

In a mixing bowl, whisk the eggs with salt and pepper to taste. Pour the eggs into the skillet and scramble until cooked through.

Warm the flour tortillas in the microwave or on a skillet.

Assemble the burrito by laying out a tortilla, adding a scoop of scrambled eggs, a scoop of sausage and potatoes, and a sprinkle of cheddar cheese. Roll up tightly, tucking in the sides as you go.

Serve hot with optional toppings, if desired.
