How To Make Homemade Rosemary Crackers
These homemade rosemary crackers are crispy, flavorful, and perfect for snacking or serving with a cheese platter.

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp fresh rosemary, chopped
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 cup water
- Sea salt, for topping
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a bowl, mix together the flour, salt, and rosemary. Add in the olive oil and water, and stir until a dough forms.

On a lightly floured surface, roll out the dough until it’s about 1/8 inch thick. Cut the dough into small rectangles or desired shapes.

Transfer the crackers to the prepared baking sheet and sprinkle with sea salt.

Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the crackers are golden brown and crispy.

Allow the crackers to cool completely before serving.
