- 1 can (15 oz) chickpeas, drained and rinsed
- 1/4 cup tahini
- 3 tbsp olive oil

- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp cumin
- salt to taste
- fresh parsley for garnish
- pita bread or veggies for serving
Instructions

In a food processor, blend chickpeas, tahini, olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, cumin, and salt until smooth and creamy.

If needed, add a splash of water to achieve desired consistency.
