- 4 cups of stale bread, cut into cubes
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp dried herbs (such as oregano, thyme, or basil)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

In a large bowl, toss the bread cubes with olive oil, garlic powder, dried herbs, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.

Spread the coated bread cubes in a single layer on a baking sheet.

Bake for 12-15 minutes, stirring halfway through, until the croutons are golden brown and crispy.
