- 2 ripe avocados
- 1 tomato, diced
- 1/4 cup diced red onion
- 1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and minced
- 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lime juice
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
Instructions

Cut the avocados in half, remove the pits, and scoop out the flesh into a bowl.

Mash the avocados with a fork until desired consistency.

Stir in the diced tomato, red onion, jalapeno pepper, lime juice, cilantro, salt, and black pepper.

Mix until well combined.
