How To Make Guacamole
A flavorful and creamy dip made with smashed avocados, lime juice, and spices.
Serves:
Ingredients
- 3 ripe avocados
- 1/2 red onion, finely diced
- 1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and finely diced
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- 2 tbsp fresh lime juice
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp cumin
- 1/2 tsp salt
- Tortilla chips or vegetable sticks, for serving
Instructions

Cut the avocados in half, remove the pits and scoop out the flesh into a bowl.

Mash the avocados with a fork, leaving some chunks for texture.

Add the red onion, jalapeno pepper, cilantro, lime juice, garlic powder, cumin, and salt. Stir to combine.

Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.

Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving with tortilla chips or vegetable sticks.
